You remain fully responsible for monitoring your account and can disconnect from any signal provider at any time.

5. Technology Risk

Trading through electronic platforms carries technology-related risks including but not limited to software failures, internet connectivity issues, hardware malfunctions, and cyber attacks. GORA.trade is not liable for losses arising from technology failures that are beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA)

If you choose to use the copy trading feature, signing the LPOA grants designated signal providers the authority to execute trades on your connected broker account. This authorization:

Is limited to executing buy and sell orders based on the provider's signals.
Does not grant access to withdraw or transfer funds from your account.
Can be revoked by you at any time through your GORA.trade account settings.
Is recorded with your IP address, browser fingerprint, and timestamp for legal audit purposes.

By signing this Risk Disclosure Statement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all the risks described herein. You confirm that you are trading with risk capital — money you can afford to lose — and that you will not hold GORA.trade liable for any trading losses.
