Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the GORA.trade platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

GORA.trade is an institutional-grade trading workspace providing tools for trade journaling, analytics, social features, copy trading, and broker connectivity. The Platform does not provide financial advice, manage funds, or execute trades on your behalf unless you explicitly enable copy trading features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Tiers

The Platform offers multiple subscription tiers (Scout, Specialist, Master, Sovereign). Each tier provides access to different features as described on our pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. Broker Connectivity & API Access

The Platform provides integration with third-party brokers (e.g., MetaTrader 5 via MetaAPI). By connecting your broker account, you authorize the Platform to access your trading data (positions, history, account balance) for the purpose of providing analytics and journaling features. The Platform does not store your broker credentials directly — authentication is handled through secure API tokens.

6. Copy Trading & LPOA

If you enable copy trading features, you must sign a Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA) agreement. By signing the LPOA, you authorize designated signal providers to execute trades on your connected broker account. You understand that:

  • Past performance is not indicative of future results.
  • You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
  • You can revoke the LPOA at any time through your account settings.
  • The Platform is not liable for losses incurred through copy trading.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform.
  • Transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Manipulate leaderboard rankings or trading statistics.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the Sovereign Design System) are the exclusive property of GORA.trade and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GORA.TRADE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL GORA.TRADE'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GORA.trade is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
